Under Chara’s guidance, The RMG Group has enabled clients to make sound financial decisions based on accurate, timely and insightful information and reporting for more than 25 years. A veteran in the industry, Chara has assembled a multi-talented team that provides internal accounting operations support services—nationwide and internationally—to small businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, and individuals.
At UVA, Chara majored in Philosophy after dropping her Accounting 101 class; she still thinks that philosophy taught her more than any accounting course about reconciling the seemingly irreconcilable

Marlon is a multi-skilled accounting and financial management professional with over 15 years of executive experience. Marlon has extensive experience dealing with international clients, helping them navigate the US system to build and maintain compliant practices and succeed in this complex environment. He specializes in helping small and mid-sized companies achieve their success by staying focused and disciplined, being bold and embracing change and managing crises when one arrives.

Jackie has been leading client teams at RMG for more than 10 years. In that period, those teams have consistently met and exceeded the expectations of a huge variety of clients. She’s not just the VP of Client Services–she designed, pitched, and implemented the idea of a unified client services division to better meet the demands of a constantly evolving financial landscape. Of Jackie’s many strengths, she is driven to empower those she works with, whether they are staffers who grow into Operations leads or clients outfitted with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about the future of their business.

An experienced project manager and process expert, Krystal led the evolution of RMG’s “Admin” department into BizOps, organizing and streamlining multiple internal teams. To accomplish this, she embedded in HR, Billing, Recruiting, Training, Tech, and Accounting Tech to implement process, structure, and cohesion within and between each team. As Practice Manager, she oversees and manages daily business operations, ensuring BizOps support of RMG’s Client Services Groups and maintaining overall alignment with RMG’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Krystal is an integral stakeholder in RMG’s strategic planning, as well as a successful people manager, mentor, and team leader.
